Leading projects from concept to design development and completion, Paul is a passionate advocate for good design. He is relationship-focused and adept at creating strong affiliations within the complexities of large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders. Paul has experience across a diverse range of industry sectors and building types, most notably in the health and research sectors. He strives to deliver exceptional architecture and urban outcomes founded on design clarity, innovation and attention to detail. Before transitioning into the architecture profession, Paul was a viticulturalist and winemaker.

Neil leads the architecture and urban design for infrastructure and civic projects including rail, road, bridges, tunnels and city gateways. He has developed a strong appreciation of the diverse demands of these complex typologies and the stakeholders involved. Neil builds strong working relationships with often large, complex project teams and has established a reputation for collaborative work processes and innovative design solutions. Neil also plays a key role in the management of the practice.

James’ technical expertise in façade design result in the high-quality architectural outcomes synonymous with Denton Corker Marshall projects. With specialist experience in the external building fabric and detailed design solutions, James has been involved in key projects that contribute to the social fabric of Melbourne. He is an active collaborator, imparting his knowledge on the next generation of façade specialists.

Graham has been increasingly dedicated to the practice’s multi-residential and hospitality projects, such as the award-winning Penfolds Magill Estate. His extensive expertise in the student accommodation sector has enabled him to challenge the typical notion of student housing and engage local community, institutions and businesses, to create benefits for all stakeholders. An effective and astute communicator, Graham delivers commercially advantageous solutions at every stage of the project for our clients.

Adrian is a key leader in the studio’s design cell, formulating design responses for the diverse range and scale of project types from art galleries and skyscrapers to urban precincts. Adrian has been an integral part of the significant growth and success of the practice over the past four decades. This includes extensive international experience over 14 years in the London, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore studios. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects, serving as a National Councillor and on award juries and committees.

Blair is a key member of our educational and research team. His analytical problem-solving skills along with his team management ability see him as a significant contributor to a variety of projects. Blair has proven experience in the successful delivery of large-scale projects up to AUD 500M, applying his broad construction knowledge and documentation skills. He is an active member of our internal BIM team and thrives on the opportunity to deliver architecture that future occupants will enjoy.

Greg is the principal driving force behind the practices’ successful involvement in China over the past two decades, together with servicing Chinese clients entering the Australian market. With a deep understanding of both western and eastern cultures, Greg is able to translate and develop relevant solutions which are practical and innovative, irrespective of project location. Greg is an active participant in Australia/China business forums and events, a key supporter of the Melbourne Tianjin Sister City Program and a contributor to the Chinese community’s business, cultural and community life in Melbourne.

With 13 years international experience, Suada joined Denton Corker Marshall in 2016. She has worked on the practice’s design competitions, infrastructure and transport projects, and recent large scale projects such as Guoco Midtown in Singapore. She has extensive experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and government agencies. Her keen eye for detail and visualisation skills assists in the communication of complex architectural ideas and supports the long-term success of our projects.

Kei’s broad architectural knowledge make him an exceptional practitioner. His ability to contribute to all stages in the life of a project, has been fundamental to the success of many Denton Corker Marshall projects. With extensive technical skills and expertise, he has contributed to large-scale civic commissions such as the Australian Embassy Jakarta, and small-scale hospitality projects such as Hihou.

Wojciech is a leader in the research, education and civic sectors, having developed a broad understanding of the complexities associated with these projects over the last three decades. He has managed major international projects from design through to documentation and construction, including the multi-award winning Manchester Civil Justice Centre and the Australian Embassy in Jakarta. Wojciech is committed to the development of the profession’s future architects through teaching assignments at Melbourne’s leading architecture faculties.

Marcin joined Denton Corker Marshall’s Warsaw office in 2002 and moved to the Melbourne studio in 2008. With a strong focus on the design process, he has been heavily involved in the development and production of design concepts for commercial, residential and civic projects, in Australia and overseas. He is a forthright contributor to design discussions in the studio, demonstrating his commitment to high quality project outcomes. Marcin is a sessional tutor on the subject of high-rise commercial buildings at The University of Melbourne.

Sonja is a leader in the delivery of research, education and civic projects. Her dual qualifications in architecture and project management, result in the successful coordination of design and documentation of complex projects, management of the project team and quality control. Sonja is a supportive mentor to the next generation of architects in the studio.

Since joining Denton Corker Marshall in 2014, James has been involved in the practice’s key commercial projects in Australia and overseas. His broad architectural skills allow him to integrate project challenges and opportunities with the commercial interests of our clients. James is an avid photographer with a strong eye for detail and an ability to capture the essence of a project through the camera lens.

Rejing has diverse expertise across civic, workplace, education, and hospitality design. She has a proven track record of delivering innovative and sustainable architectural solutions, through her deep understanding of clients’ needs. An exceptional team leader, she fosters a creative environment where ideas can flourish, consistently delivering outstanding results.

Hamish oversees Denton Corker Marshall’s Sydney studio. He has a high level of expertise in complex building types, including education, high-rise commercial and mixed-use along with integrated metro and rail infrastructure developments. This includes design review through to construction completion. Hamish is fully cognisant with technical rail design standards and their implementation and impact in place making in Sydney.
