Adrian is a key leader in the studio’s design cell, formulating design responses for the diverse range and scale of project types from art galleries and skyscrapers to urban precincts. Adrian has been an integral part of the significant growth and success of the practice over the past four decades. This includes extensive international experience over 14 years in the London, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore studios. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects, serving as a National Councillor and on award juries and committees.

Greg is the principal driving force behind the practices’ successful involvement in China over the past two decades, together with servicing Chinese clients entering the Australian market. With a deep understanding of both western and eastern cultures, Greg is able to translate and develop relevant solutions which are practical and innovative, irrespective of project location. Greg is an active participant in Australia/China business forums and events, a key supporter of the Melbourne Tianjin Sister City Program and a contributor to the Chinese community’s business, cultural and community life in Melbourne.
