About this project
Located on a 6.4-hectare hilltop site overlooking the old city and the Yangtze River, the project encompasses a total of four residential towers, two SOHO towers of 27,000 and 28,500m² respectively and two commercial towers of 59,000 and 31,500m². The commercial and SOHO towers are laid out around a series of tiered plazas providing access to a five-level sunken retail complex of 30,000m².
A landmark red tube clubhouse is the focus of the hilltop residential development. The residential and commercial components are tied together by a 450-metre-long yellow ribbon, forming a roof to the retail strip, gateways, covered walkway plaza entry and signboard.
