About this project
A prominent 18-storey tower, Altitude is part of the Balfours site redevelopment for an entire city block bounded by Morphett, Franklin and Elizabeth Streets, in the southwest sector of Adelaide’s CBD.
Altitude provides a mix of SOHO, studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Together with five perimeter buildings of seven to nine storeys, the site houses 1,300 apartments, creating a successful civic, social and financial outcome.
The residential buildings are set within a grid of pedestrian and vehicular laneways that replicate the broader city planning layout.
The redevelopment, from light industrial to mixed-use, incorporates a major bus transport interchange, along with parking for 600 cars.
