Xi'an Eurasia University
Project 2018 – 2025

The Student Precinct project is a significant development for Xi’an Eurasia University, one of the leading private universities in China with more than 20,000 students. The project provides a vibrant and diverse campus environment supporting student learning, living and well-being. At the heart of the project are two 19-storey student accommodation towers for 3,172 students, offering modern and accessible accommodations. The architectural design is particularly striking, with the towers seemingly floating above a multi-level podium around a central courtyard.

10,200m2 podium serves multiple functions organised around a linear atrium, complete with an informal amphitheatre. This central space is designed to be a gathering place for students, facilitating events, performances, and community interaction.

The podium houses a range of classrooms, with seating capacities varying from 45 to 100 seats adaptable to various learning modes and class sizes, reflecting the university’s flexible and diverse educational approach. Collaboration pods and informal learning spaces are placed to encourage collaborative projects, extending the learning space beyond classrooms. Intimate counselling rooms are included within the Student Support Centre.

Retail and food and beverage outlets contribute to a vibrant campus environment.
