About this project
‘Greengate’ is a landmark mixed-use development located in the north-east of Salford close to the River Irwell bordering Manchester City Centre.
Greengate Phase 1 is a 50-storey Residential Tower on a four-storey podium with 559 units including one, two and three-bedroom apartments plus luxury and penthouse apartments with dramatic views over Salford and Manchester City Centre. A number of townhouses provide family accommodation opposite a new public park as part of the development.
Entry into the building is through a generous triple-height space off ‘The Boulevard’, a new urban thoroughfare linking the site back to the centre. It is seen as a destination development in this emerging residential area of Salford being the largest tower in Salford.
