About this project
Huichen International Tower is a 24-storey commercial office building located in the heart of Xi’an’s High-Tech Industries Development Zone.
With a total of 52,000m², the building provides tenants with large office floorplates and shared amenities including a ground floor lobby café and meetings rooms on level 1. This project was awarded a LEED Gold pre-certification by the US Green Building Council.
