About this project

A sales centre and future clubhouse for the 10,000 residential unit community at Qingyuan, in Guangdong province for Sunshine 100.

The tower contains meeting and event spaces while the horizontal block contains show suites and future resident’s clubhouse amenities.

The tower forms a campanile to the hilltop town square retail centre inspired by Italian hill towns.
