About this project
The 260-room, 5 Star Radisson Blu Hotel is articulated as two slender vertical forms of 22-storeys. At 25,000m², the hotel includes a 300-seat banquet hall, several restaurants and a recreation centre with pool and fitness centre.
The building exterior is detailed with a series of metal perforated screens that de-scale the facade and create a sense of lightness. Elsewhere, glass facades enable clear views to the east and west. To the south the hotel overlooks an adjacent park; to the north, access is provided to the central plaza.
Sited above a four-storey podium and eight levels of office accommodation, the hotel forms part of the overall Liuzhou City Plaza development.
