About this project
Two dramatic 220-metre-high shafts clad in a deep white shade grid, creates a distinctive twin tower appearance. The tower contains a 400 guestroom 5 Star hotel above 12 premium office floors.
Two 17-metre-high sky terraces, below the office and hotel floors, are activated by signature restaurants, providing excellent amenities for office tenants, while achieving required Landscape Replacement Area.
The scheme is designed to Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy Rating achieved via facade shading and advanced performance in the operation of environmental systems, including central district cooling and low carbon design.
