About this project
Located in the Yantai city centre, Yantai City Plaza creates a new urban centre with a mix of retail and entertainment uses, with high density residential, commercial and recreation facilities.
Built over two stages, the redevelopment is focused on a sequence of pedestrianized laneways, arcades and malls.
Stage one includes 24,000m² of retail space located in a four-level podium, with two residential towers above. The retail facade integrates retail signage into a bar code pattern of full height vertical stripes.
