About this project
Located in the Yantai city centre, Yantai City Plaza creates a new urban centre with a vibrant mix of retail and entertainment uses along with high density residential, commercial and recreation facilities.
Built over two stages, Stage 2 is focused on a large central urban space with a sunken plaza., comprising 60,000m² of retail space on four levels above ground and 21,000m² in a retail basement, together with 200,000m² in 4 residential towers, the tallest being 200 metres high.
